Bug Description

Telegram push notifications do not work after r21 update on BQ phones

After last night OTA on the BQ phones, push notifications for Telegram are broken again.
I have received telegram messages from my contacts and they are not displayed on the notification system nor any alert is shown. The only way to see that you have a message is by opening the Telegram application itself.

We have the same problem, now there is only the blue led blinking No sound, No message

Not even a blinking blue light here or blue envelope in the indicators. Nothing happens when I get Telegram messages.

additional information: This effect only appears when Telegram App is in foreground and phone goes in sleepmodus. If the App isn't in foreground then notifications are working very well....
