Bug Description
Having moved the M10 to xenial/arm64, it is not possible to build applications with the Ubuntu SDK for it because there is no lxd container available for that.
This is limiting the ability to test things as development proceeds on xenial only now. I.e. building test applications to evaluate new feature branches in unity8 etc.
