Incorrect titles at the top of section-level assignments setup page

When you are logged in as a teacher and go to Setup then select Assignments then select Section-level assignments and then select an actual section you get a list of section-level and course-level assignments. At the top of that page there is a title that says "Assignments for this Section". That should be replaced with "Assignments for section_name" where section_name is the name of the section you are in.

Right below that is a line that says "Course Assignments cannot be deleted from within this Section". That should be replaced by "Course-level assignments cannot be deleted from within a section".
