Ordering of assignments

When you are in a section and go to grade assignments, you see a list of course-level and section-level assignments. They are organized by section-level assignments above course-level assignments and then within each group of section-level and course-level assignments they are listed by alphabetical order. Here they should be a blended list of section-level and course-level assignments arranged in alphabetical order.

When you go to Setup and then select Assignments and then select Section-level Assignments and then select a specific section, you see a list of both course-level and section-level assignments. Here they are a blended list of section-level and course-level assignments arranged in alphabetical order. They should be separated by section-level assignments above course-level assignments and then within each group be in alphabetical order.
