Reorganize Summary view

As a student or teacher when you click on Summary you see a list of sections you are involved in. Each section has 5 links to the right of the section name. If you are a teacher they are Evaluations, Assignments, Messages, Competencies, and Enrollment. If you are a student they are Evaluations, Assignments, My Messages, Section Forum, and Competencies.

The links of for students should be changed to Evaluations, Assignments, Messages, and Competencies. So the My Messages and Section Forum are replaced by Messages.

For both students and teachers the whole view should be put into a table with no lines. Therefore, the columns of links will line up.
