Skill Drivers should be sorted by date

Bug Description
Skill Drivers are sorted by name when they should be sorted by date created with the most recent skill driver on top. It is more helpful to view them that way because assignments are not completed in alphabetical order. They are completed in chronological order and therefore the skill drivers should be listed in taht same chronlogical order.

I can't find an easy way to do this. Perhaps if we can get pending messages sorted by date, I can use a similar method for skill drivers. But for the time being, I'm not sure how to go about this.
