cannot create epub catalogue

Bug Description

I can create a mobi catalogue but not an epub catalogue. I have two devices and require both catalogues. I have attached the debug.txt as directed in the forum.

You removed the portion of the debug log that might have helped me determine the cause of the problem.

Upload your metadata.db file as an attachment to this ticket so I can attempt to recreate the problem.

It's most likely an unusual tag that's causing the problem.

Remove the ampersand from the Catalog title in catalog options.

I will add some code to detect this condition.

You may remove the metadata.db file you uploaded to this ticket (only the person who added it can remove it).

I will submit a patch to Kovid for the next release.
