Right scroll bar does not move up

Bug Description
With the new update, right scroll bar within each day's window's space does not move up again when you move it down. Also, the new system is horribly designed. You waste huge amount of space for just 2 new buttons at the bottom. Because of that, each day's windows shrank, which is not neat. You can move those 2 new buttons to the top so you don't need to waste space. Waiting immediate fix to those problems..
