Window attention is not displayed when window is in a group

Bug Description
Problem:
An icon/window/program in an automatically created sub-dock/group displays that it attention with an effect, but the user can't see this effect because. He will only see it if he opens the group (may be that's too late).
Cairo-dock should work like this:
When a program/window/icon in a task/window/
Version:
% cairo-dock -v
2.3.0~0beta1
cairo-dock-bzr 720
