Bug Description
when running caffeine (it does not dependon whether disabling the screensaver is activated or not) notifications issued using notify-send using libnotify-bin are not displayed. Only when giving it the urgency critical do they come through.
Not sure if this is a bug in libnotify-bin or in caffeine, quiting caffeine does solve the problem, though, so I'm assuming its a caffeine issue.
