Bug Description
If usernames are long, then sometimes the endings of the name's get cut off and sometimes replace with ... even if there's enough space for the whole name. But sometimes the names work like they have to be.
Same thing happens in sidebars. There is enough space for a string, but it gets cut off and replaced with ...

Found out that if Cable window is maximized, the usernames are displayed correctly. When i restore the window size back to normal, same bug happens.
