Optionally sort .bzrignore

Bug Description

To keep my .bzrignore files clean and easier to maintain, I always sort is using `sort`. It'd be useful for me if Bazaar could sort it automatically every time I run `bzr ignore <something>`.

 It would be nice to support this, but I'm not sure if it should be the
default. I know of projects who comment their ignore file and group
items.

I agree with Jelmer, this should not be the default.
But a configuration option is perfectly acceptable.

Alternatively, 'bzr ignore foo' could first check whether the .bzrignore is in sorted order - if it is, add the new entry and sort - if not, add at end.
