This just happened on IRC:

It would be great if each documentation page included a small footer explaining where to find the ReST source for that page, so that users can easily make patches to improve our docs.

There is actually a 'show source' link, whose url makes it fairly obvious which file it comes from. But I guess here you're looking for something that says "make a merge proposal changing this in bzr.dev"?
