Bug Description
This test apparently always knownfails and takes ~12 seconds to do so.
It might not be possible to test this code reliably; we could perhaps drop the test or make it fail immediately.

We have it explicitly loop until it succeeds.
Maybe I regressed something here with my recent updates to support
breakin with win32?
I know I tested it on *my* machines under both Windows and Linux and it
succeeded both ways (in significantly less than 12s).
Maybe it is a python2.6 issue? As both my machines are running python2.5.
