lp-open does not honor :push alias

Note that a raw 'bzr lp-open' *will* open the :push target.

Hey, go easy?

I think vila means that normally the lp page for the branch would be
the same as its push location, so specifying it is unnecessary. But
it should work.

But anyway, the point of the bug is that :parent or :submit aren't recognized either.

Historically I think someday, somewhere, I mentioned doing:

   'bzr push <url> ; bzr lp-open :push'

without realizing it wouldn't work.
