Bug Description
bzr clean-tree could have an "--all" option.
Lots of times you want to clean your tree of both build artifacts that are already ignored, as well as other unknown cruft that might be lying around. Right now, you have to run:
bzr clean-tree
bzr clean-tree --ignored
It would be nice if you could in this case just type:
bzr clean-tree --all
I'm not sure if detritus should be included by "--all" or not. Maybe it should be treated specially because it's a rare thing to want to clean, but on the other hand, the user did say ALL. But at the very least, having a way to do a plain clean plus --ignored would be very useful.
