Bug Description
I created a branch with nested trees, but when I try to check it out, Bazaar seems to think I want to turn all the tree-references into directories...
bzr+ssh://<email address hidden>
$ bzr status
Format <RepositoryForm
kind changed:
arma-php-client (tree-reference => directory)
pharo (tree-reference => directory)
yandere (tree-reference => directory)
