Bug Description
VERSION: Bazaar (bzr) 1.5 / Debian / testing
During "bzr upgrade" there is message:
Value "http://..." is masked by "http:..." from locations.conf
SUGGESTION
Prefer spelling out absolute path names, like:
Value "http://..." is masked by "http:..." from ~/.bazaar/
By absolute, I refer here to substitute a possible environment variable
$HOME value with "~". Under windows, this would be real absolute path.
