Bug Description

See July 2008 thread about "bzr workflow for developers struggling with dvcs pull model".

The material covered by <URL:http://bazaar-vcs.org/CheckoutTutorial> and
<URL:http://bazaar-vcs.org/Tutorials/CentralizedWorkflow> should be folded into the main documentation, or at least pointed-to by the index.

The latter is already in the docs as:
doc/en/tutorials/centralized_workflow.txt

Though it may not be 100% identical to the wiki page.

Martin, are you planning on doing this?
We already have the document available, we just need to reference it from the user guide.
