output to a terminal should default to using /usr/bin/pager

Bug Description

When stdout is a tty, output should automatically be directed through /usr/bin/pager (with an environment variable to override that possibly?)

Users who really want e.g., bzr log to spew past their window at full speed can bzr log | cat :-)

This exactly is one reason why I can't use git with the default settings. :)

I think it's more feature request rather than real bug. Please, send feature requests to bazaar mailing list.
