`bzr log DIR` does not show revisions affecting its contents

Bug Description
Hello.
I think it's reasonable to expect that `bzr log DIRECTORY` will show all
revisions in which any of the file contained in DIRECTORY were modified.
At the moment, however, only the revision in which the directory was
added is shown.

Actually, we will also show any revisions which rename or move the directory.
But yes, most people would expect 'bzr log dir" to show the recursive changes underneath that directory (like bzr status dir does).
I believe there are plans for this after we have the recursive last modified information per directory.
