Bug Description

When running

python3.7 setup.py install --home $PWD/junk/

I get

...
byte-compiling .../bzr-rewrite-0.6.3/junk//lib/python/bzrlib/plugins/rewrite/upgrade.py to upgrade.cpython-37.pyc
  File ".../bzr-rewrite-0.6.3/junk//lib/python/bzrlib/plugins/rewrite/upgrade.py", line 156
    def remove_parents((oldrevid, (newrevid, parents))):
                       ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

This is WAI - Neither Bazaar nor bzr-rewrite have been ported to Python 3.

For Python 3, please use Breezy.
