Bug Description
The push command no longer uses the builtin.warning method to notify about it not updating the working tree. Instead it uses trace.note. Suppressing the warning did not work because of that.
There's also does no check for bzr+ssh:// in the branch URI, which can also be updated with this plugin.

Actually it uses trace.warning. The attached patch to lp:~jeroen-hoekx/bzr-push-and-update/note makes that branch work correctly to suppress the warning.
