A line count of the diff to be sent should be included in the cover letter

Bug Description
It'd be nice if the cover letter sent by review-submit included a line count of the diff, if for no reason other than it lets the reviewer know what they're in for.
The line count could be appended to the cover letter just before sending, rather than trying to include it nicely in the template (because then you've got all kinds of issues with using bzr write-cover-letter, etc.).
