bzr-notify should have delay for autostart

Bug Description

There is no reason that bzr-notify needs to be started right from the login screen. It should work just as well if started with a 30s delay into the session.

Adding the statement X-GNOME-Autostart-Delay=30 to /etc/xdg/autostart/bzr-notify.desktop should do that.
