Bug Description

It'd be nice if it was possible to add global options from a plugin. In
particular, it would be nice to have graphical versions of all the core
bazaar commands without having to add equivalents prefixed with a 'g'.
Instead, it would be nice if we could just add a '--gui' option that did
the right thing.

It would be nice if we could achieve this by just implementing the "right" ui_factory.
