Bug Description
The g* commands like gpush do not behave well when run from the shell. The progress dialog is hidden behind the command dialog. It cannot be brought to the top. To see it, the command dialog must be moved to the side. The problem is not visible from Olive.
To reproduce:
Open a terminal
Enter bzr gbranch
I see this often because I use the bzr gtk-tool from the scripts run through the Gedit Tools menu.

Thanks for your report! I was planning to polish graphical progress bars during next week's Bazaar Sprint, so I'll try to fix this issue as well.
