Bug Description
When opening a virtual repository on a directory which has many subdirectories (in my case, 212 subdirectories, which themselves have many subdirectories), Bazaar Explorer appears to freeze (Windows says it's "Not Responding") while it scans the subdirectories for branches. It should display some sort of progress bar or working indicator.

Some of this could also just be improved by making the 'find_branches'
functionality a bit faster.
