Bug Description
Bazaar supports the ability so shelve only a subset of the changes in a file, but bzr-eclipse shelve does not, it always shelves every change in the file or none.
Designing the UI to support this is a lot of work, and it's not a super-necessary feature, so targetting this for 1.3
