"bzr dailydeb --no-build recipe.txt" prepares the source, then immediately deletes it!

Bug Description
I ran "bzr dailydeb --no-build recipe.txt", and the source package was prepared (in /tmp/bzr-
bzr dailydeb should either error out ("--no-build requires an explicit working directory") or default to assembling into the CWD when using --no-build.
