The .pc directory is basically generated files, and are not useful when diffing.
They're essentially metadata and are not useful to humans when diffing.

As discussed on IRC, ideally bzr should ignore changes to .pc/ (if they're consistent with debian/patches) and make sure that .pc/ gets updated automatically appropriately during commit.
