Bug Description
Full command to reproduce the bug (at least on my system) is attached, with output. Relevant part of the log is also attached.
Note that to reproduce you need SCons and python-docutils (to build the tarball of the project in question).
bzr --version:
Bazaar (bzr) 2.6b2
Python interpreter: /usr/bin/python 2.7.3
Python standard library: /usr/lib/python2.7
Platform: Linux-3.
bzrlib: /usr/lib/
Bazaar configuration: /home/paul/.bazaar
Bazaar log file: /home/paul/.bzr.log
