Doc landing page still on 2.2

The documentation landing page, http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/en/, needs to be updated to reflect the release of bzr 2.3.

This is true for all of en, fr, ja, ru.

From the escudero:/srv/doc.bazaar.canonical.com/bzr/bin scripts, I've create lp:~vila/+junk/bzr-doc-scripts to better track the changes there.

I need input from.. poolie probably to write a README skeleton there though.

I've created the bzr.2.3 branch on escudero and am trying to update the docs there only to get blocked by some chmod issues.

The chmod issues may be a red herring though if the right jobs are run by cron but I can't verify that by lack of proper access rights.
