Bug Description
From tmux 1.9a, 'tmux source' command displays what options the user
set to stdout, so the byobu-config view is broken when changing the
escape key. (I've attached the screenshot)

This patch fixes this problem by throwing away outputs from
'byobu-ctrl-a'.
