Bug Description

$ inkscape -z -f nonexistant_file

prints several error messagages, but its exit-value is 0, regardless if the
file after -f exists or not.

Can not inspect the influence on windows inkscape.exe always quits with non-zero value and inscape.com always exits with errorlevel 0.

Could not apply patch. Hence, slithly modified patch in attachment.
