we have created a repo in gerrit and github. The github repo is not in-sync yet so I'll give you the details once this is done, Jenkins merge test job will also be created at some point in the next 24 hours.
The one thing we need you to do is make the ceilometer-drivers a sub-team of openstack. This is so the team can be picked up by Gerrit and then that team can do code reviews.
