Bug Description
DockbarX has a feature where it shows media controls in the launcher's popup.
Noise used to be detected correctly, but a recent update broke this behavior. However, it still shows in the Sound Menu.
(I've checked and the options in DockbarX are set correctly)

I installed Noise to try it myself but I can't get it to show in either DockbarX or Sound Menu (from unity 2d panel, ubuntu 11.10). Checking with d-feet I see that Noise has not registered an org.mpris. MediaPlayer2 dbus adress.
This is using noice 1.0 (installed from ppa). Is that the version you use as well? Can you double check that it shows up in Sound menu?
