Copy Web Link menu item appears disabled immediately after a file is published

Bug Description
Right click any file and choose Ubuntu One > Publish.
Without refreshing Nautilus, right click the again. Copy Web Link is being drawn like a disabled menu item (with greyed out text), but it is clickable.
Once I refresh, the Copy Web Link menu item is drawn correctly.
