Launcher item tooltips and quicklists don't display properly when the dash is activated

Bug Description

When I move across the launcher while the dash is activated, the launcher item tooltips and quicklists change from their black color to the wallpaper's color, making the text in the tooltips and quicklists unreadable.

I've attached a screenshot showing this problem.

PS. I use the latest version of Ubuntu 12.04.
