Bug Description
Installed and opened compizconfig-
Opened Unity plugin page and unchecked "Use this plugin".
Unity launcher and panel disappeared and Apport reported the crash.
The error message given is "Unable to start web browser to open https:/
Until a couple of weeks ago it was possible to uncheck the Unity plugin "Use.." setting without crashing. This appears to be a new behavior.
