2.2 beta1: Can't select individual bills on patron record for payment

Bug Description
On the patron bill screen, deselect all charges by clicking on the header of the checkbox column. Try selecting individual charges by clicking in the check column. The check appears, but the amount of the charge does not get added to the "Total Checked" amount. The "Total Checked" amount remains zero. Also, if all are selected, individual charges can be unchecked, and the amount subtracts from "Total Checked", but checking the charge again does not add it back in.
