Launcher - launcher have a weird background if cursor is over it while opening dash

Omer Akram, I am unable to reproduce this bug on my system running Unity 5.10 and compiz 0.9.7.4. Could it be because you are using Unity trunk? I tried it several apps but for me the launcher behaves normally.

Why does launchpad not provide the ability to edit your comments?

1. I am using Unity 5.8 not 5.10. I do not face this issue.

2. I meant you are using Unity from the staging ppa. Please verify if this occurs in any of your machine running Unity 5.8. Then we can isolate the problem to occurring in Unity 5.10.
