Launcher - launcher have a weird background if cursor is over it while opening dash

Bug Description
1. login to Unity
2. start nautilus and maximize it
3. open dash by clicking on the BFB or place the cursor over the launcher and press super key
What happens:
launcher have a weird background and does not cleanly blend with the dash and panel color.
What should happen. It should appear fine.
I have attached two screenshots first is how it appears now and second shows how it should appear.

Omer Akram, I am unable to reproduce this bug on my system running Unity 5.10 and compiz 0.9.7.4. Could it be because you are using Unity trunk? I tried it several apps but for me the launcher behaves normally.
