make window icons clickable at top-left corner / top edge

Bug Description
With global menu it makes sense and it should not be to difficult to implement the three window icons in the way that they are clicable at top pixel (top left pixel for the exit icon). It may be a matter of just one or two pixels only but it is a huge improvement in terms of accesibility.
