dynamic notebook should take style from theme

Bug Description
The current dynamic notebook doesn't seem to take it's style from the theme.
We should probably implement the following at the least:
".notebook" - This is the tabbar itself. Background, border and -unico-inner-stroke are desired
".notebook tab" This is a background tab. Background, border, -unico-
".notebook tab:active" This is a foreground tab. Background, border, -unico-
