Bug Description
Anytime I want to edit a chart in LibreOffice, the global menu bar does not appear properly. It simply retains the main LibreOffice menu bar. The menu bar for editing charts is shown in a menu bar attached to the window, but the initial menubar is retained in the global menu bar. This is reproducible by inserting a new chart. Also, click off of the chart and double-click the chart again and the bug still persists. I will attempt to upload a screenshot as visual proof.
