Bug Description

Ubuntu-doc is a inactive member of the edubuntu-doc team, while the edubuntu-doc is a member of ubuntu-doc.

As shown in OOPS-447A476 the findPathToTeam() method is caught in a inifite loop

database.person, line 543, in findPathToTeam
    team = self._getDirectMemberIParticipateIn(team)

While trying to reactivate ubuntu-es as a member of the ubuntu-es-locos team, it times-out and gives the following error ID: OOPS-829B1195

It does ask me to bug a error on the mailist, but I thought it would be better to do it here.

I have tried to do this for over a week and get the same error over and over again.

Hi Rubem,

I see that ubuntu-es-locos is a member of ubuntu-es, so I was wondering
if you really want to make ubuntu-es a member of ubuntu-es-locos, thus
making them members of one another?
