printing multiple pages doesn't work as expected

Bug Description
suppose you want to print a 8 pages doc using only 1 physical sheet, the most obvious thing i would do is (from the gtk print dialog):
- pages per sheet: 4
- print only: odd sheets
i'd expect to get pages 1-4 printed on the front side of my sheet, but i end up with pages 1,3,5,7 instead, it's clear that the problem here is the postscript filters get applied in the wrong order! regards, andre
