Item labels do not fit localized strings

Bug Description

The width of the item labels in gnome-control-center seems to be hard-coded. I am currently using a localized Ubuntu system (Dutch), and some of the items are abbreviated incorrectly. To name an example, "Keyboard layout", which is "Toetsenbordindeling" in Dutch, shows as "Toetsenbordin". The same happens with another 3 items.
