DVD icon in launcher can be moved but it always flips back

Bug Description
Regarding movability, there are 2 sorts of Icons. Some can be moved like app icons, some can not like the trash icon.
So far so good. But the icons of my usb drive or my DVD/CD are diffrerent.
They can be moved from the launcher like app icons but they can not be inserted at a location. They always snap back to their position below the window switcher icon.
I think they should either be freely movable or not draggable in the first place like the trash. Besides that the other icons flicker strangely whenever I try to insert the usb-stick-icon between others.
I am on Precise beta 1.
