Bug Description

Requested a "Upgrade all packages" activity from the server, and got back new installs:
"""
Needs approval Upgrade all possible packages ls4-natty
Additional required changes
Install package curl 7.21.3-1ubuntu1.5
Install package libcurl3 7.21.3-1ubuntu1.5
Install package libcurl3-gnutls 7.21.3-1ubuntu1.5
Install package libxml2 2.7.8.dfsg-2ubuntu0.2
Install package rsyslog 4.6.4-2ubuntu4.2
In progress Upgrade all possible package
"""

On that client, this is the result of apt-get dist-upgrade:
"""
root@li37-87:~# apt-get dist-upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
The following packages will be upgraded:
  curl libcurl3 libcurl3-gnutls libxml2 rsyslog
5 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 1,434 kB of archives.
After this operation, 0 B of additional disk space will be used.
Do you want to continue [Y/n]?
"""

So, landscape should be showing me that those are upgrades, and from which version to which version.
Client is revision 441 of landscape-client trunk.
